Purchase a Gift Voucher

A Formaggio’s dining experience is a fantastic gift for any friend or loved one.

Choose any voucher amount, specify a postal address with an optional compliments slip and personal note. Please read our conditions carefully for no surprises.

• This form is to purchase Posted vouchers to NZ addresses only. (Email vouchers are currently not available)
• Vouchers can be posted direct to the recipient OR can be sent to yourself to then gift. Allow 3-4 days for delivery.
• For Pick-up please order and pay at the restaurant venue.
• For multiple voucher orders, you simply need to order through the form multiple times.
